Pay:
Up to $58,000, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:
30 a.m. to 5:
00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
  • General office tasks
  • Work with existing clients with their insurance needs
  • Taking care of client problems and requests
  • Communicate issues and opportunities to advisors, routing issues to management
  • Maintain and update client digital files, scan documents, keep customer information current
  • Once licensed - be willing to help clients with coverage needs along with their agent

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Ability to acquire your property and casualty license within 90 days of employment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent
