We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Required:
-Work must be performed between the hours of 5:
30pm and 6:
00am, Monday through Friday.
Duties:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness of the facility - Utilize buffing equipment to maintain floors - Engage in commercial cleaning activities to uphold sanitation standards - Clean and maintain designated areas following established procedures - Perform custodial duties such as trash removal and restroom cleaning - Assist with porter duties including maintaining entrances and common areas - Execute floor care tasks to preserve the condition of various surfaces Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning practices - Ability to operate buffing equipment effectively - Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures - Capacity to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas - Familiarity with custodial responsibilities and procedures - Skill in floor care techniques for different types of surfaces Join our team as a Janitor and contribute to creating a clean and safe environment for all.
