You will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities - Pouring and serving drinks for your customers as well as fulfilling server tickets - Take and run food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Assist in clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and respect - Process payments using the POS system - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service Experience - Previous experience in food service or restaurants is preferred - Strong communication - Phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus If you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional guest experiences, have a passion for the restaurant industry, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.
