You would be responsible for communicating with prospective, current, and past customers and providing accurate information, impeccable follow through, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
Professionally communicate with customers and operate phone system Greet and assist walk-in customers and suppliers in a knowledgeable and professional manner Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders, and other account information Perform various clerical functions of copying, printing, filing, sending, and receiving documents Accept and process payments, balance cash drawer, prepare bank deposit, and assist in ordering products May assist customers in completing account applications and follow the application through the credit and approval process Establish, organize, and finalize new customer accounts May work with Service Tech to schedule service work Skills and Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products Basic math and the ability to learn computer programs Recent telephone, receptionist, and/or customer service experience, preferred Ability to multi-task and to stay calm under pressure Ability to operate a forklift or ability to be trained Willingness to work additional hours to meet business needs May include occasional on call work on a rotating schedule Get in touch!
