20 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the Director of Human Resources in completion of specific projects related to Human Resources, such as filing and scanning.
This position also provides assistance to the Director of Human Resources as needed and as time allows.
This position is a temporary full time or part time position, Monday - Friday for approximately 2 months.
Policies and Procedures Maintain confidentiality of residents, resident family members, coworkers, and Immanuel Lutheran Communities Understand and support the philosophy, policies, and standards of Immanuel Lutheran Communities and the HR/IS division Follow facility and department policies and procedures Position Duties Maintain employee personnel and medical records files, converting into PDF.
Maintain Human Resources forms file by scanning original files to computer documents.
Other Duties & Responsibilities Communicate with supervisor and participate in training and/or meetings that help facilitate departmental communication process Communicate with others in a considerate manner Function effectively as a team member Maintain good working relationships with other staff Maintain regular work attendance and follow established work schedule Essential Physical, mental, and Emotional Requirements Employee must be at least 16 years of age.
The employee must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work under time and/or deadline pressures.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger; handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, squat, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required of this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Education and Experience Associate's degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school required At least 6 months experience in this field preferred Computer Skills Intermediate computer skills Specialized Office Equipment Operate fax machine to send or receive documents Operate copier to copy and collate documents.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
