Title Clerk would prepare required paperwork and review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a proven track record of collaborating well with other team members and keeping accurate records.
Additionally, we need someone who has a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and proper completion of all title work.
Pay:
$20 to $24 an hour, depending on experience Schedule:
Monday through Friday with varied hours Weekends when scheduled

Prepare and enter all documentation for final delivery, i.

, finance contracts, extended warranty, titles, and insurance forms for all units Review loan document information to ensure accuracy and completeness Follow up internally and externally to obtain outstanding items and mail documents to the appropriate individuals, businesses, and governmental agencies Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the financing department Maintain confidentiality for all transactions and information Cross-train in other areas Background Profile:
Ability to read, analyze, and follow up on technical and legal documentation and financial data Ability to perform basic math calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with the use of calculator if needed To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an excellent working knowledge of the Windows operating systems and the ability to extract data and documentation from various software applications Strong attention to detail Strong self-initiative, the ability to manage your time well and take on additional projects when possible Team player-you can support your team and get the same support back Our client companies pay our fees, so there is no charge to the talent we represent.
