This position involves working with children ages 2-6 years old.
The ideal applicant must be caring, understanding and willing to learn about and implement the Montessori philosophy.
It is essential to be able to understand and appreciate the behaviors of this age child and have infinite patience and a warm smile.
We are willing to train the right enthusiastic individual.
Looking for an individual who can commit to the school year.
Willing to observe and ask questions.
Qualifications:
Experience working with groups of young children preferred.
Must complete all state regulations for a Montana Child Care Provider and become current on the Montana Early Childhood Project Website and maintain annual continuing education hours.
You will need to pass extensive background check.
Ability to lift, bend, stoop and care for children.
Walking and standing for extended periods of time.
Must have Current TDAP & MMR Vaccinations Must be willing to be CPR certified (We will pay to certify if uncertified) Must have proof of High School Diploma or equivalent of GED Hours can vary from 6.
5-8 hour shift.
Hours of operation are 7:
25a-5:
30p.
Monday-Friday, No weekends.
