Director of First Impressions Job Description DAILY Answer phones in less then 3 Rings Greet Clients Professionally Keep lobby neat and clean-dusting-vacuum Stock Fridge-Candy-Coffee Order Entry Listing Packages Check Paper Supply Sort-Address Mail Clean/Sanitize Closing Rooms after Closings Check copier/printer is full Order office supplies, cookies and coffee Organize Storage Room Assist Escrow/Title Officers and/or Assistants Run Office Errands Make copies of Client's ID's Serve Clients Beverages CPL's Proof Reconveyances Job Type:
