Responsibilities Manage sales team, warehouse, and delivery crews Coordinate delivery schedules, inventory, purchasing, and receiving Oversee hiring, training, and other HR-related activities Ensure facility security and vehicle fleet maintenance Implement marketing strategies and manage store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Knowledge and experience in management within the building materials distribution industry Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage delivery crew and schedules with daily priority changes Strong sales background Strong IT proficiency with aptitude and desire to learn new programs Recent managerial experience Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred Benefits Competitive salary with profit sharing Health insurance 401K Matching LIfe Insurance Aflac Dental Vision.
