We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Concrete Batch Plant Operator to support our business in Kalispell, MT.
This position is a key role in our daily plant operations insuring we produce quality concrete along with meeting our customers' needs and job specifications.
This is a fast paced work environment so a successful candidate would need to be able to prioritize based on the business needs.

Key Functions Work closely with our Batch Operator to learn our systems and business Ability to learn to independently operate our system and provide back up when necessary or as scheduled Ensure safe delivery of materials to all customers and contractors Learn to verify loads for yardage, mix, added products and all other quality information Assist with tracking inventory, ordering and receiving ad mixtures and raw materials Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the Batch Plant by working closely with the drivers and other operator Observe any mechanical or safety failures and report it to the appropriate personnel or resource Clearly communicate with management and drivers to promote efficiency and proactively solve problems Maintain required records and documentation Interact with customers to complete the sale and paperwork process Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures Knowledge and understanding of D.
