Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and management of the property - Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records - Utilize Appfolio, a property management software to track and update tenant information, lease agreements, and rent payments - Assist with property leasing activities, including showing units to potential tenants, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements - Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail - Experience in property leasing, including tenant screening, lease preparation, and move-in/move-out processes This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Assistant.
