- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Manage and coordinate all property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages.
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets for the property.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Property Manager - Knowledge of property management software and computer proficiency for data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to property management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
