49 an hour Job description PakeMart is looking for a superstar assistant sales manager to join our team at our brand new club.
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented person who is passionate about health and fitness and has experience in sales and customer service.
As an assistant sales manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our store.
You will work closely with the Senior General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, increase revenue, and provide exceptional customer service to all participants and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Increase sales and revenue through effective methods of attracting potential customers, tracking and closing deals Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance indicators Provide exceptional customer service to all participants and potential customers by providing recommendations and support Build and maintain relationships with members, potential customers, and the community to attract referrals and retain customers Assist the sales manager in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interaction activities Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets The ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines Own Microsoft Office and other related programs.
