DOE Follow OHS' procedures:
follow OHS' Handbook, Job Descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures, and those of our suppliers and for their products we use.
Manage parts department in a timely, profitable, and accurate manor.
Organize storage buildings, supply, and tool room.
Ready knowledge for status of parts, for all on site vehicles.
Attend team meetings/conference calls, follow team management email directions.
Manage parts, supplies, maintain inventory levels, and order as needed.
Order Parts and supplies for the shop on a as needed, and just in time process.
Responsible for entering notes with ETA's, no quotes, etc.
Must have management experience, great communication, organizational and time management skills, computer and typing skills as well as attention to details.
Need to be reliable and not have any lifting or other physical limitations.
