The property management industry is very busy in our Valley and it is an exciting time to be in the business.
Holding a Montana Property Manager's License is preferred but not required as long as individual could become certified within one year of hire.
Experience in multi family and storage unit management is preferred.

Duties - Oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and assist with the leasing process - Coordinate maintenance and repairs for properties, including scheduling vendors and contractors - Manage rent collection, including issuing late notices and initiating eviction proceedings when necessary - Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management - Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones - Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards Qualifications - Previous experience as a Property Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations - Proficient in using property management software (e.
g.
