Ace Heating & Air is hiring a full-time, experienced HVAC Foreman in Kalispell, Montana.

$75,000 $90,000 annual starting wage based on experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Valid driver s license required.
5 years field experience in commercial or residential HVAC required.
Ability to manage, schedule, install/repair/maintain HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, timelines, and budgets.
Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their productivity and performance.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities focused on delivering effective solutions.
Promote and enforce a safety focused work environment adhering to OSHA regulations.
Professionalism that allows you to communicate effectively with clients in a timely manner.
Ability to maintain records on project progress, inventory, and job costs.
You work well under time constraints and can ensure deadlines are met.
You are reliable, trustworthy, and work well individually and as a team member.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-hire drug and background screening.
