Essential Functions:
- Fully Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Balance daily sales and cash reports
- Work with technicians and dispatch with warranties and parts returns
- Work with 3rd party companies with regards to work orders and payments
- Enter all invoices from our dispatching program into the accounting program
Requirements and skills:
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Experience with all Microsoft programs (Work, Excel, Access, etc.) a plus
- Organization a must
- Must be able to work well with fellow employees
