Assist with resolving guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction and address any problems effectively to maintain a high level of service.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and guest service areas.
Present a welcoming and professional environment for guests and uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
