Customer Service Recovery Specialist Agent -- FULL TIME / PART TIME

Our Customer Service Recovery Agents will handle consumer contact with proficiency and accuracy.
Our management team gives constant coaching and training to help our employees achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
Experience is not required. Qualified candidates must be computer literate, type 25 wpm or greater, have good phone voice, good attendance records, have high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be able to work in fast pace call center environment. Be self-motivated to work independently as well as a team player, be trustworthy, dependable and willing to learn. Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Job Duties:
This is a call center environment. Our Customer Service Recovery Agents contact consumers via telephone to setup repayment arrangements on outstanding debts.
Hours:
Monday through Friday as scheduled between 7am and 9pm
Weekends as needed
Wage:
$8.50 to $9.00 hourly starting wage.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
