Store Maintenance

Responsible for basic maintenance of store facilities. Duties include: customer service; testing, greasing and repairing equipment; wearing of protective clothing; completion of maintenance schedules; repair and testing of fuel pumps and associated equipment; helping customers operate fuel pumps; cleaning and painting of building, sidewalks, and fuel islands; upkeep of safety equipment, i.e. fire extinguishers; minor repair of refrigeration, HVAC systems and other store equipment; and maintaining necessary manuals and schematics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1. Test, grease, and repair equipment.
2. Wear of protective clothing and keeping your appearance neat and clean.
3. Accurate and effective completion of maintenance schedules.
4. Repair and test fuel pumps and associated equipment.
5. Clean and paint of building, sidewalk, islands, etc.
6. Use fire extinguishes and other safety equipment.
7. Building upkeep to include mowing grass and snow removal.
8. Repair refrigeration, HVAC systems, control systems, and other store equipment.
9. Use and repair intercom and telephone system.
10. Commitment to keep store running and coming in as needed.
11. Maintain Use of repair books, safety manual, and electrical schematics.
12. Store Safety to included using and operating tool.
13. Maintain lights to included lamp and ballast replacement.
14. Must have ability to work with customers and co-workers.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
