For Sale: 1963 Mercury Comet in Kalispell, Montana for sale in Kalispell, MT
Vehicle Description For Sale 1963 Mercury Comet Custom, more door, $8,500 170 I6, 3 on the Tree Located in Kalispell, MT.
I have received more compliments and head turns on this car than my 3 previous classics.
I will miss her, but I have to make room for my newest acquisition.
Starts, drives, and stops like it should.
Turns over real strong, but takes a little bit to warm up on a cold start.
Newer paint 6 years ago.
A little bit of bubble through at bottom of doors (see picture), but she is still gorgeous.
Newer headliner, and sun visor materials 6 years ago.
Since then I have replaced the starter, alternator, spark wires, full rear suspension, window channel felts, rear brakes, fuel pump, transmission seals at linkage, and new drive shaft.
I installed seatbelts throughout for a family safe ride.
I also just replaced the heater core, and starter solenoid.
Horn doesn't work.
Cheap fix, but I never bothered because I'm just not a honking kind of person.
There is also a small chip in the windshield that has been properly sealed.
You can leave her as is for a fun daily (my style), or you can fix her up even more with things like new interior paint and updated door panels.
I always put in ethanol free premium and lead substitute.
I tried to take a lot of pictures so you can see exactly what you are getting.
Odometer says 97k, and I would assume it hasn't turned over due to how well she runs.
I have never had to top up the motor oil.
